Classes
Below find descriptions of our current classes:
Chair -- Challenging for the beginner and the athlete alike, the small-group, music- driven workout builds strength, improves balance and increases stamina. Fun, produces great results.
Firm Offer -- A complete body conditioning class, using weights and other resistance equipment. Stretching is emphasized, while keeping your body healthy. A great toning class!
Gentle Strength -- A Pilates-based class using light free-weights and other equipment to develop strength and flexibility without adding bulk.
Total Barre -- This class requires as much mental strength as physical! With this fast- paced, high intensity workout, you are guaranteed to feel the work immediately, as well as the next day!
Mat -- Mat exercises work directly with the deeper muscles of the body to create a strong core. It is literally work “from the inside out.” Stretching, yoga and strengthening exercises are offered.
Reformer -- In this small group class, you will be guided through a series of exercises tailored to your ability level. The full body workout will improve your muscle tone, strength and flexibility.
Stretch -- This one-hour retreat utilizes various breathing and relaxation techniques to improve alignment, flexibility and balance. Feel great for the evening!
Tower -- Unique equipment allows four students to work with a trainer at the same time. Sessions are fast-paced, enhancing the intensity and variety of the work.
TP Fusion -- A cardiovascular program utilizing dance, weights, barre, mat and stretches. Tones glutes, abdominals, thighs and arms, strengthens legs and back and improves posture to produce a strong, functional, beautiful body.
